The era before the year 2K was the most
effective. The education system formed Doctors, Engineers, and Scientists. Many
of them excelled in their respective sector by making name for themselves and their
country. After the year 2K, the technology picked a wonderful place. The time
of social media, computer science, augmented reality and now blockchain has
opened new earning and living opportunities.
The syllabus at school must reflect these
opportunities which it doesn't do. Students can pick a career direction in
college and university but the early age where a direction for the longer term
are often set is the school.
School is talking about maths, biology,
physics, science, and a small amount of computers (that too hardware and a few
basic software usages) but nothing out of the box to fulfill what’s trending
within the world. This is often the time of the 4th technological revolution.
The syllabus must reflect the prevailing also as future opportunities.
The problem is, school is developing
employment mindset, not entrepreneurs. The basics of entrepreneurship like
deciding, risk, and artistic thinking aren't taught at college. Perhaps there's
a requirement for the introduction of entrepreneurship, AI, and AR within the
syllabus now. The sole two countries performing on constantly updating syllabus
in Asia are Japan and Singapore. They understand the importance of maintaining
the pace with the industry trends and preparing their kids for the longer term.
After the year 2K, the world has changed, human labor is quickly replaced by robots, machines in major industries like automobiles, shipping, cargo, and avionics. The quantity of users on the web is thrice above what it had been just 5 years ago. There are self-driving cars, there'll be self-flying airplanes within the future also.
Entrepreneurs not only give a solution to a problem, but they also generate jobs. They play an instrument in building a progressive community.
